Boil the spaghetti according to the instruction on the package.
Fry onion and garlic in our Spreadable Block, add the minced and fry it for a couple of minutes on medium heat.
Add some red wine and let it boil down.
Chop the tomatoes and mix them into the minced along with tomato purée.
Let the bolognese boil at medium heat without the lid for approximately 10 minutes.
If the sauce need fluid, add some vegetable bouillon and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the spaghetti with fresh basil and vegan parmesan after taste.
